What is the website best viewing format & resolution?
The website is best viewed with monitors using 1024 x 768 resolution or above.
How does the online site security work?
Protecting your personal and order information is our priority. We want you to be able to order from www.creativewigs.com.au with total confidence. As such we have created a secure transaction environment. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology – Our On-line Ordering system is the industry standard for encryption technology – to protect your online order information. SSL encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you to www.creativewigs.com.au. Encryption provides you with security and peace of mind when your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

Where is the sizing information?
Please note a specific wig will only come in one size and is designed to be “one size fits all”.
How do I change my order after it has been placed?
Please email us at sales@creativewigs.com.au or call us at (03) 9654 7383 during business hours to change your order, and where possible we will accommodate. You will need to provide identification or the Order Number to confirm the cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, as per our returns policy we will not be able to adjust it.
What happens if a product is not available?
Due to the popularity of some products, we may sell out at times of an item you wish to purchase. Should an additional product become available we will redisplay this on the website. If you are after a specific product that is not displayed on the website please do not hesitate to enquire directly to us either via email or telephone.
ORDERING
How do I find and purchase products on creativewigs.com.au?
Click on “BUY ONLINE” in the top navigation menu bar. To access more information or purchase an item, click on the product image and you will be taken to the item's product detail page. If you would like to find a specific item, you can also use the “SEARCH” box, located in the upper-right part of the website.
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, go to your shopping cart and click "Delete". Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button.
How do I create an online Customer Account?
All orders must be associated with a Customer Account. If you wish to create an account prior to making an order, click on the “NEW USER?” button on the upper-right part of the website. You will then be taken to a registration page, where you will need to enter in details to create an account. Please follow the steps accordingly. Once you have registered your account, you will be able to login and place orders under that account. If you place an order as an anonymous user (have not logged into an account), then at the end of the order process a user account will be created automatically for you based on the first part of your email address (before the @) and a random password will be generated for you. You will then be shown and emailed this user account information.
Do I need an email address to purchase online?
Yes, we require you to have an email address to make a purchase online. This is because we will contact you via email with order confirmations and we need a point of identification. Only one Customer Account can be associated with a single email address. For instance, if you try and use an email address that someone else has already registered with, an error will occur. It must be your own unique email address.
What personal information do you record?
We record all of your personal information, except for your credit card information. This would include your email address, name, postal address and billing address. I have purchased from Creativewigs.com.au previously and I would like to purchase again. How do I do this?
If you wish to return to the site at a later date and purchase another product, you will need to enter your original login details on the "Login" page. If you have forgotten these details, please click on the "Forgotten Password" button and they will be emailed to you. From here you are ready to continue shopping without having to re-enter your contact details.
What are the accepted forms of payment?
Creativewigs.com.au accepts payment by valid Credit/Debit Cards – Visa and MasterCard.
Payment by Cash, Cheque, money orders, or CODs is unavailable.
How is GST / tax applied?
A charge of 10% GST is included in the price shown.
SHIPPING
At this time we do not ship outside of Australia.
Customers can expect to have their correctly completed order delivered within 3 working days, depending on the final destination. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
All orders are sent via Platinum Post and incur a flat rate shipping charge of $12.00 to anywhere in Australia. However, depending on the size of the order, multiple parcels must be used, in which case the shipping cost may increase. Shipping costs will be added to your order just prior to the point of payment in the shopping process. You will be able to review all costs before you make payment.
For your protection all parcels will require your signature upon delivery. We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours.
My order has shipped but not arrived. What does this mean?
All orders will take up to 3 business days to be delivered from your date of purchase. If it is past 5 days, please contact us at sales@creativewigs.com.au or on (03) 9654 2383 (Aus EST 9.30am to 4pm weekdays).
