Return-Refund Policy


Shipping

-All orders sent with our "free shipping" option will be sent by Australia Post’s standard regular post. If the parcel goes missing for whatever reason, Creative Wigs will not be liable.

-If the “Express Post” option is selected, all parcels will be sent with registered express post (Australia Post) and will require a signature on delivery.

 

Cancellation

-If an order has been cancelled prior to postage, there will be a fee of between 5 -10% which will cover all necessary external fees/charges.

 

Returns

-We do not accept returns due to health and hygiene regulations.

-We will not accept returns unless discussed and agreed upon by management.

-You should inform us if there is an issue within 1-2 days after receiving the parcel. More than the days given may result in the request being rejected. Email us at: info@creativewigs.com.au.

-If the management agrees that an item can be returned within 7 days of the parcel being originally received, it must be returned.

-If a return has been agreed by management, the return postage must be covered by the client (with registered express post - with signature). If a replacement product has been agreed upon, there may also be a redelivery fee back to the client.

-Any items returned to Creative Wigs without approval will not be accepted.

CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

*Creative Wigs conducts a thorough inspection of all items prior to sending. Therefore, we make sure that you will receive your product in perfect condition.

*Creative Wigs will only accept a return if the wig is damaged on arrival due to a manufacturing fault/defect. If this occurs, we will replace the damaged product on return. Anything other than damaged or defected would be at the discretion of management.

*Condition of the item when returned? The product must be returned to us unworn and in perfect unused condition (as it was sent to you), with no smell, perfume, smoke or makeup, and must still have all original labels, tags and packaging.

-Returns must be sent back by registered Express Post with signature. If sent by standard post without a signature, the sender is liable if the package fails to arrive.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: EYELASHES, HEADWEAR, ACCESSORIES, STYLING PRODUCTS & SALE ITEMS.

 

Refunds

-Refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee.

-If an item has to be refunded, refunds will incur a fee of between 5-10% which will cover all necessary external fees and charges.
