Backorder - Out Stock
If an item states "backorder", this means the product is not currently on hand. Therefore, once ordered it will be sent from our Creative Wigs International Distribution Center, thus requiring 7-10 business days (excluding public holidays, weekends for delivery.
COVID UPDATE - Australia Post current restrictions are impacting the delivery of orders. We're sorry that orders may take a little longer than usual to be delivered.
We offer FREE POSTAGE on all orders over $150 in our Creative Satin Bags. (excluding International and Egift cards).

Shipping Times and Costs
Domestic: $9 Flat Free Shipment via Australia Post -
We also offer an option for Express shipping with signature on delivery. This option incurs a flat rate shipping charge of $15.00 to anywhere in Australia. Depending on the destination, customers can expect their correctly completed order delivered within 1-2 working days.

My order has shipped but has not arrived. What does this mean?
If it is past ten days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (03) 9654 7383 (Aus EST 9.30 am to 4 pm weekdays).
How do I change my order after it has been placed?
Please email us at email@example.com or call us at (03) 9654 7383 during business hours to change your order, and where possible, we will accommodate. However, you will need to provide identification or the Order Number to confirm the cancellation. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to adjust it as per our returns policy.
Our quality control department properly inspects all items before the item(s) are sent to ensure the product is in perfect condition.
Our overall aim is simple: to provide the highest quality. However, sometimes things can go wrong and, if this happens, we'll do our best to find a quick and fair solution to solve your issue.
Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers must give the supplier the chance to fix the problem, and we reserve the right to repair a minor fault or minor problem.
It is at the discretion of Creative Wigs to:
- provide an identical replacement or an item(s) of similar value
- repair the product within a reasonable time, or
- give a refund.
Please note a manufacturing fault does not include general wear and tear.
Any faults will be required to be notified within seven business days of receiving your item.
Please note that due to different factors, such as the materials that the cap of the wigs/hairpieces are constructed, the product's sizing may change from style to style.
Please be aware that due to different screen resolutions, colours may vary from screen to screen. Therefore, the colour swatches are intended as a guide only.
Human hair wigs do require styling once received to achieve desired looks.
Free shipping does not apply to in-store shopping
