Your personal information is exclusively used to fulfil your order and enhance your purchasing experience. We adhere to rigorous guidelines to ensure the privacy of your personal information.

Instances of credit card fraud and theft of merchandise will be subject to legal action.

Please remember that colour samples should be used as a reference only. The actual colour may differ. While the colour description is provided as accurately as possible, individual opinions and computer or phone screens may influence perception. Creative Wigs is not accountable for colour suggestions provided by representatives that do not meet customer expectations.

Wig sizes can vary among companies, and the base construction can also affect the fitting size.

To find the right size wig, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline. Sizes will vary slightly from brand to brand, and it's important to note that not all wigs are available in all cap sizes.
An average-size wig will fit around 90 - 95% of customers. Please see below: Petite 20-21" / Average 21.5 "-22.5" / Large 23"

These official rules form a legally binding agreement between participants and Creative Wigs. By participating, you agree to abide by these Rules. Please comply with these Rules, policies, and procedures to ensure a participant's valid entry.

The "Social Media Giveaway" will continue for consecutive months until the Sponsor decides to terminate it.

Eligibility: The Contest is open to all.

How to Enter: To enter the "Wig Giveaway" during the Entry Period, a participant must:

1. Make sure to follow @CreativeWigs if you are not already

2. Like the giveaway post and tag a friend in the comments below

3. Share the post

4. Post a picture/story/reel - whatever you are comfortable sharing, of your favourite wig! Don't forget to tag @creativewigs to be counted as a valid entry

5. Purchase a wig 

• Agree to the Terms & Conditions.
• By entering, the participant grants a non-exclusive license to Creative Wigs and permission to use the photograph(s), reels or videos in all media now known or from now on created, in perpetuity. 
• The participant represents and warrants to Creative Wigs that all individuals depicted in the photograph grant rights of publicity and/or privacy to Creative Wigs for using that individual's image, name, and identification in any media now known or from now on created in perpetuity. 

Winner Selection

One (1) Winner will be randomly chosen after the "Entry Period." The winner will receive a message from a Creative Wigs team member via our email or social media account. To claim the prize, the winner must respond with contact information via email within 5 days of contact. A new winner will be selected if the first chosen winner fails to respond within 5 days. If the second chosen winner fails to respond within 5 days, another new winner will be selected. 

By participating in this giveaway and/or accepting the prize, the winner consents to the reasonable use of the winner's voice, likeness, and/or image in all media now known or from now on developed, without further compensation, for any future promotional activity related to this giveaway, perpetually.

Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a wig of their choice in their selected colour/style, up to the prize value (excluding discounted/sale prices).

All state, local, and other taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed. Returning or exchanging the prize is not permitted. If a winner attempts to return or exchange the prize, the winner will bear the cost of returning the prize. The prize allowance is at the discretion of Creative Wigs, based on inventory availability.

Odds of winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the giveaway.
